Just a few days left

Categories: Indianola, Uncategorized

Well, the weather today has left us all a bit ‘stranded’ and having one less day to shop for the impending holiday. Where do you find yourself at this point in time on the ‘gifting’ spectrum? I was able to complete my list yesterday. But, not in time to get home before the snow started flying. It was treacherous and a slow go.

Snow days are always welcome…for me, anyway! We sit at the end of a 1/2 mile private lane. No county road workers to clear the way. It was certainly enjoyable. I did a bit of cleaning, a bit of laundry, sorted the gifts and have them ready for wrapping. I watched a holiday movie and just relaxed.

I hope your Christmas is delightful and just how you envision it. And, looking forward, here’s to a great new year!
